Upcoming Special Offerings
This 75-minute practice includes vinyasa yoga in a lightly heated room, followed by a Yoga Nidra to support the shift into summer.
The summer solstice is commonly celebrated as the first day of summer, however as yoga practitioners we can use this auspicious day to honor the vitality of solar energy. On this longest day of the year, we have an invitation to explore a ritualistic pillar of our practice, sun salutations, or Surya Namaskar.
In this solstice practice, we will reconnect with the natural rhythm, and celebrate the brightness of solstice as expressed in the body as heart openers and backbends.
And, as solar energy cannot exist without its partner of lunar energy, we will conclude with meditation, cooling pranayama and deep relaxation.

June Member Event
Step into a practice rooted in purpose, connection, and gentle expansion.
Inspired by the wisdom of the bee, this unique yoga experience invites you to slow down, move with intention, and reconnect to your natural rhythm of growth. Bees remind us that we are not meant to do life alone, they thrive in community, create sweetness from effort, and trust their role within something greater.
In this nourishing, sensory-rich class, you’ll be guided through a grounding gentle flow, calming breath work inspired by the soft hum of a bee hive, aromatherapy with light floral and honeyed scents to awaken the senses and deepen relaxation, and a closing ritual to integrate intention and invite in more sweetness.
This 75 minute class is all levels and trauma informed. It's designed to be an immersive experience designed to soothe your nervous system, reconnect you to your body, and gently remind you that you belong. Come as you are. Leave feeling grounded, connected, and awakened to what is ready to grow within you.
This is a special member event and only open to our unlimited members. (Curious about Member Events - purchase an unlimited membership and enjoy this monthly perk!)

Come end your weekend and start your week with a deep embodied reset. This isn't a work out, it's a work IN.
As the sun sets, we'll gather immersed in candlelight for a 90 minute mini-retreat to gently step our energy and our nervous system down into a deep state of ease for the week ahead. This session will move through four levels of energy movement and release:
- 10 - 15 minutes of standing stretches, folds and shaking out the burdens of the week
- 10 - 15 minutes of Yin, to shift into holding stillness, and being with sensation
- 45 minutes of supported restorative poses to find softness and release in our body
- 10 - 15 minutes of yoga Nidra or conscious sleep for profound relaxation
With a parting gift, you will then leave your props where they are and tenderly head out in silence.
Essential oils aromatherapy, gentle healing touch, and guided meditations on the Yamas and Niyamas will be offered as an invitation to deepen the experience.
May - Asteya (Not Taking More Than Needed) Receiving support and releasing the habit of doing everything alone.

July 4th falls on the first Saturday of the month, so let's celebrate Independence weekend with a Freedom Flow!
If the weather is beautiful, we'll be on the patio or turf, but if the weather doesn't cooperate, we will be inside JAKs in the Founders Room.
The patio has both shaded and sunny areas, and the turf is full-sun, so you can choose your preferred level of Vitamin D. Also, both music and vocal instruction will be amplified.

The pelvic floor consists of a hammock of muscles that physically support the bladder and intestines, and the uterus in women. These muscles control urinary, GI, and sexual functioning. There are numerous natural factors that lead to a weakened pelvic floor,
such as age, abdominopelvic surgeries, and excessive trauma to or straining of the pelvic floor (respectively obesity & constipation).
Generally, pelvic floor dysfunction (from a weakening pelvic floor) results in urinary or GI incontinence, pelvic region pain, sexual dysfunction, and can be compounded due to overlapping factors. Over 1⁄3 of women have reported having negative side effects of a weakened pelvic floor, most commonly reported are urinary incontinence and recurring UTIs. Elderly persons over 70 have a higher probability of experiencing pelvic organ prolapse, as well as fecal incontinence (both genders relatively equally).
This yoga practice is designed to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles using familiar yoga poses and props (note: if you have your own yoga ball, please bring it!). This practice is open to anyone with a pelvic floor 🙂and may contain mature content.

A sound bath dedicated to sacred belonging.
You are invited to a Sound Bath dedicated to the sacred strength of belonging. In a season that often celebrates standing alone, we gather to remember the profound truth of standing together. This July, we explore the spiritual reality of Interdependence—the realization that we are naturally supported by the earth and the collective heartbeat of humanity. We move beyond the idea of self-reliance and lean into the support of the Universal Breath.
To anchor this connection, we will breathe with the rhythmic pulse of the Tara Humara Drum. Its deep, earth-honoring resonance serves as our "Collective Heartbeat," a primal vibration that reminds our bodies we are never truly separate. As the drum beats in unison with the singing bowls, we dissolve the illusion of isolation and rest in the comfort of belonging to the whole. Come experience the strength of the "Interbeing" and realize that every inhale is a shared gift from the world around you.
ADDITIONAL SUPPORT
Katie Boudreaux will be providing an additional layer of somatic support to help you drop deeper into your experience. Katie offers an invitational and optional presence, moving through the space to offer extra bolsters, blankets, and props to further ground your "nest." For those who wish, she is also available to provide gentle, supportive light touch to help anchor your vibrations and encourage a profound sense of safety and ease.
To ensure your comfort and safety, please let Kristen know if you have a pacemaker, medical metal implants, epilepsy (sound-sensitive), hearing aids, cochlear implants, or are in your first trimester of pregnancy. As always, please consult your doctor if you have specific health concerns.
Bring your mat, your blanket, and your heart.
