Yoga • Group Past Life Meditation • Tarot Integration
What if the answers you've been searching for already exist within you?
Beyond the Story is a unique healing experience that weaves together gentle yoga, guided group past life regression, and tarot as a pathway to self-discovery and personal transformation.
We'll begin with a grounding yoga sequence and breath work to calm the nervous system and prepare the body for deep relaxation. From this grounded space, you will be guided through a gentle group past life regression designed to invite insight, symbolic memories, or past life experiences that may offer greater understanding of your present life.
Unlike a private one-on-one regression, a group past life meditation is designed to guide participants into a light, relaxed meditative state rather than the deep hypnotic state used in an individual session. This gentler approach creates a safe and supportive environment for exploring past lives while allowing each person to remain aware of their surroundings and experience only what they are ready to receive. Some participants recall vivid past-life memories, while others receive symbols, emotions, intuitive insights, or simply a deep sense of peace and connection. There is no right or wrong way to experience the journey—every meditation unfolds differently, and every experience is exactly as it is meant to be.
Following the regression meditation, we'll use tarot as a tool for reflection and integration. Rather than predicting the future, the cards become a mirror—helping you explore the lessons, patterns, gifts, and wisdom revealed during your journey. You'll have time for journaling, personal reflection, and optional sharing in a supportive and compassionate space.

There is a quiet moment each year when summer begins to soften and autumn gently whispers its arrival. The days grow a little shorter, the mornings a little cooler, and nature reminds us that transformation doesn't have to be rushed. There is beauty in the pause.
This 75 minute Aromatherapy Flow to Yin class is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and honor the season you're in. We'll begin with a gentle flow to awaken the body before melting into a restful yin practice, creating space to release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself. Throughout class, different aromas will be offered to deepen the experience.
Just as nature trusts its own rhythm, we are invited to trust ours. In the stillness, we discover that we don't need to have all the answers or know exactly what's next. Sometimes the most meaningful growth happens in the spaces between—between endings and beginnings, between doing and being, between who we've been and who we're becoming.
Come as you are and allow yourself the gift of simply pausing. Together, we'll embrace the wisdom of the changing season and leave feeling grounded, renewed, and ready to step into autumn with an open heart.

The pelvic floor consists of a hammock of muscles that physically support the bladder and intestines, and the uterus in women. These muscles control urinary, GI, and sexual functioning. There are numerous natural factors that lead to a weakened pelvic floor, such as age, abdomino-pelvic surgeries, and excessive trauma to or straining of the pelvic floor (respectively obesity & constipation).
Generally, pelvic floor dysfunction (from a weakening pelvic floor) results in urinary or GI incontinence, pelvic region pain, sexual dysfunction, and can be compounded due to overlapping factors. Over ⅓ of women have reported having negative side effects of a weakened pelvic floor, most commonly reported are urinary incontinence and recurring UTIs. Elderly persons over 70 have a higher probability of experiencing pelvic organ prolapse, as well as fecal incontinence (both genders relatively equally).
This yoga practice is designed to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles using familiar yoga poses and props (note: if you have your own yoga ball, please bring it!).
This practice is open to anyone with a pelvic floor and may contain mature content.

Students will be guided through a Vinyasa flow that is intentionally broken down into manageable components that can be practiced and incorporated into daily life.
Teachers will create stations where pairs can work at their own pace, exploring breath, movement, balance, and connection. Are your bones creaking? Take the fear out of aging and discover how to use yoga as a powerful, science-backed tool for bone stimulation, structural safety, and enhanced balance. This specialized 90-minute workshop focuses on tailoring classic yoga postures to protect your skeleton, building your skeleton’s strength, and balance through yoga safely. Practitioners will learn modifications and safety guidelines before moving through held gentle standing poses. You will learn how to safely maximize mechanical load on key areas—like the femur and hip joints—while honoring your body’s inherent wisdom. Build your version of yoga as a tool to increase balance, structural safety and bone stimulation through isometric holds, heel drops, light weight training and gentle back extensions. We will make ample use of the wall and chairs to ensure balance. We will also incorporate the use of light weights in standing poses.

Rest in Abundance is a gentle sound journey inviting you to honor how much you've grown and softly remember the richness already within you.
As the leaves fall, the earth reminds us that life gives to us unconditionally. The trees shed their leaves, the earth slows down, and nature offers its gifts, without asking for anything in return.
It is easy to forget how much we've grown. We forget the quiet strength we have shown and the wisdom we have gathered this year. We tell ourselves we must do more, fix more, or carry more before we deserve rest.
This sound bath invites you to lay down the striving. When we feel like we need to 'have more gratitude,' it offers us an opportunity to create space for the natural appreciation that is already present. Perhaps this season is not about working toward something new, but simply a time of remembering—softly awakening to the quiet harvest, inner strength, and abundance that have been within you all along.
How Sound Nurtures the Body
Pure quartz crystal bowls gently quiet the busy mind and open the heart, while warm Himalayan metal tones physically soften tension in your muscles and tissues—holding your entire being in deep comfort.
Our Circle with Katie
Join Sound Bath Practitioner Kristen Fischer and compassionate Yoga Teacher Katie Boudreaux as we gather to rest in the abundance that is already here. Together, we weave sacred sound, heart-opening meditation, restorative breathwork, and optional gentle touch to cradle you in comfort.
There is no work to be done here. You’re invited to step out of striving, open your hands, and settle into who you are—already whole, already enough.
