Nature's Symphony Sound Bath.jpg

Join us for a transformative experience as we gather to embrace the energy of the Fall Equinox—a time of balance, reflection, and renewal. As we move into this new season, we will connect with ourselves and nurture our spirits in a supportive and serene environment.

EXPERIENCE:

This sound bath will include a guided meditation focused on setting new intentions, exploring self-care practices, and fostering positive affirmations. We will take time to release what no longer serves us, creating space for new beginnings and opportunities.

Allow the soothing sounds and the power of intention to inspire you as we embark on this journey of self-discovery and rejuvenation together.

JOURNALING:

As we approach the end of our sound bath experience, you’re invited to take time for journaling your thoughts, reflections, intentions, or revelations. Alternatively, you may choose to rest in savasana, allowing yourself to fully absorb the profound experience.

Enter into a Higher Vibration!

As we gather for our Autumn Equinox Sound Bath, I’d like to introduce you to a special instrument that will enhance our experience: The Myriad Melodies Titanium Quartz Crystal Singing Pyramid. This is an 8-inch pyramid, created from pure quartz crystal that resonates with the energy of your aura and the earth.

The pyramid's shape, rooted in sacred geometry, acts as an attractor field of energy that raises vibration. It symbolizes balance, strength, and the journey towards higher understanding—perfectly aligning with our theme of renewal during this equinox. As we embrace the balance of light and dark, the soothing sounds from this singing pyramid will guide us in releasing what no longer serves us and making space for enhancing our new intentions. GIFT:

TIGER’S EYE: Each participant will be given a tiger’s eye protection stone promoting courage, strength, and personal power. This stone helps you stay grounded and provides stability during times of change, making it perfect for the transitions of autumn.

~“I embrace the changes of the season with an open heart and a grounded spirit.”

~“I release what no longer serves me and make space for new beginnings.”

~“I cultivate self-compassion and allow myself to rest and rejuvenate.”

“With each breath, I invite balance and harmony into my life.”

The Power of Pranayama-3.png

Prana, or the vital life energy force within us, has been described as "the energy permeating throughout the universe" and can be managed through the use of various pranayama techniques. Pranayama is considered the ability to regulate the flow of prana, guiding the mind on the path toward the ultimate yogic goal: Enlightenment.

Prana flows through channels within the body (nadis) and can be influenced through chakras (energy centers along the nadis), internal locks (bandhas), hand gestures (mudras), focused gaze (drishti), meditation (awareness as a nonjudgmental Observer of the Self), mantras (repeated words or phrases, internally or externally), and—most commonly—through breathwork.

In the words of Swami Rama: “Breath is an external manifestation of the force of prana... so the control of the external breath leads to control of the gross and subtle, physical and mental aspects of our own life machine.”

Join me for a Pranayama practice that incorporates various techniques in alignment with carefully chosen asanas (poses) to synchronize the mind, body, and Self on the path to our ultimate Source.
