Private Sessions

Individualized Instruction

Private sessions are an excellent way to dedicate time to focus on fully customizing your yoga practice. Yoga students from complete beginners to long-time practitioners can find benefit from one-on-one time with their yoga teacher. Not at all like group practices, private sessions are opportunities for a student to go deeper, ask questions and learn how to personalize their practice. Reasons to seek private sessions include:

  • Desire to learn specific modifications to apply in group classes.

  • Support with a specific movement or asana.

  • Create a higher level of comfort to seamlessly transition to group classes.

  • Schedule time with a teacher that best works for your life.
