*Please be able to provide proof such as a military ID, school badge, student ID etc. if you are choosing this discounted pricing option. First responders are categorized as law enforcement officers, paramedics, EMTs, and firefighters.
All credit card charges incur a small transaction fee. You are welcome to use a bank account for your autoay to avoid that credit card fee.

Do you have a family membership?
Yes, in a way! We have an add-on discounted membership for a spouse, partner or family member. Just reach out if you're interested as this membership needs to be purchased in-person.
Do you offer discounted memberships?
Yes! We have a military/teacher/first responder discount of $79/month, a student membership of $55/month and a reduced membership for staff of Children's Hospital of Colorado.
How do I use my monthly guest pass?
1. Log into your account on the FitDEGREE app.
2. Go to the class you’d like to bring a friend to.
3. Choose “Bring a friend.” You can choose someone from your friend list or choose “Bring someone else.”
How do I cancel my membership?
On your Hippie Soul app home screen, scroll to My Details. Tap on Payment Options and select Membership. Tap Cancel Membership (in red). The screen will show any remaining payments or minimum time period left based on your membership contract. You have the option to leave a memo such as "canceling due to moving out of state". Tap to continue, review your cancellation terms, type the word Cancel and click the final Cancel Membership button.
Can I pause my membership?
Members may put membership on hold for 2 month after 6 months of continued auto-drafting dues. This option will only be rewarded when requested by e-mail to info@hippiesoulyogastudio.com. If a member wishes to put their membership on hold for more than one month, members will be subject to a $50.00 re-activation fee to cover administration expenses.
I haven't used my membership in a couple of months. Can I cancel and get a refund for the times I was not there?
Please be sure to read through your membership contract. The onus of use of your membership is yours (and we hope you do come), however we do not offer refunds if you choose not to come.
