About the Course
Be prepared to bliss out in this 90 minute class that combines asana and essential oils to create a truly unique experience. Move through a lunar flow, followed by grounding yin postures. Come enjoy deep relaxation and different aroma applications throughout the whole class.
This practice is appropriate for all practitioners and no prior experience is necessary.​
