About the Course
Sadhana means realization. Practices of Sadhana help establish healthy routine, consistency for a better well being and great discipline to your yoga practice. Please join Katie Derbeck for the first Saturday of every month to lay out the foundation for your next 30 days. In this special class offering you will be participating in Pranayama (breath work), 40 minutes of Vinyasa practice (exploring yang energy) and 40 minutes of Yin practice to help ground and recharge.
Bonus! 👉 Class will also offer a complimentary mimosa to toast a new rising month and a hand out of practice curriculum will be provided for continuous review. Please mark off your monthly calendars now to learn your Sadhana.
Note: Refunds are not offered, but you are welcome to transfer your ticket to anther person if you cannot attend the event. Please inform the studio of who will be attending prior to the event. Additionally, please double-check the studio location (Falcon or Interquest) to ensure you arrive at the correct location.
Katie is a 6 year ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a 200 hour, Colorado based yoga teacher. In her offered practices she encourages exploration on the mat, encompasses the five major spinal movements and meets her students on their journey. No matter where you are at on your yoga voyage, Katie supports the YOU right now. Yoga allows for self acceptance, enhances peace in the mind and body and encourages COMMUNITY.
