Tracey Garcia, E-RYT 500, YACEP
Tracey is a natural teacher who meets students where they are and supports them in both accepting modifications while continuing to challenge themselves. As an experienced teacher both in the classroom and the studio, she is uniquely poised to teach in such a way that all students can benefit from their yoga practice. She teachers beginners to advanced students to include children, adults, special needs and seniors. She strives to teach yoga in such a way that the practice is healthy and physically sustainable, allowing it to be a lifelong tool for growth, health and curiosity and expansion!
As a lifelong learner herself, she is proud to have completed her Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with Gina Caputo through the Colorado School of Yoga.
Tracey believes that your yoga practice can be your best tool to remember your wholeness, connectivity and most true self, which allows you to be in more satisfying relationships and live your most authentic life!

Marchelle Elliott, E-RYT 200, RYT 500
Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Marchelle's fitness career began in 1992. She began teaching yoga in 2007 but her yoga practice did not commence until 2011.
Marchelle's approach to yoga teaching is light-hearted and fun. While having studied several styles of yoga, you will find that she is most connected to Vinyasa Yoga. From Gentle Yoga to Power Yoga, you will always leave her class feeling nurtured and grounded in the breath and movement of the class. She believes that yoga is for anybody and any body.
Marchelle is very passionate about healthy living inside and out. When she isn't teaching Yoga, you can find her teaching Indoor Cycling or enjoying home workouts. Outside of fitness, she is a proud mom of three beautiful, athletic children and adored wife of her retired Navy husband of more than 26 years.

Suzanne Mariska, E-RYT 500, YACEP
Yoga and Pilates Teacher
Suzanne has been studying yoga in-depth since 2005, and offers classes and workshops that embrace both the scientific and the spiritual. Whether you are taking a gentle restorative class or a challenging Pilates or power yoga workout, you can expect a safe, authentic, and welcoming experience with options to meet your body's ever-changing needs.
Suzanne is a registered E-RYT 500 with over 4,000 teaching hours, as well as a certified personal trainer, Pilates instructor, and kirtan leader. Along with vinyasa and restorative yoga classes, she teaches chair yoga, private and small-group sessions, yoga philosophy, kirtan and mantra workshops, and yoga teacher continuing education.
She is also an avid cat lover and single mom, loves playing music, cooking healthy food, and rollerskating with her teen daughter.
Danielle Tortorice, RYT 500
Danielle discovered yoga in college when she signed up for a hatha yoga series to fulfill a physical education requirement. Danielle was hooked, and she welcomed the healing journey that yoga took her on.
In 2010, she committed to a daily, regular yoga practice. By 2014 she was ready to take her journey to a new level, and signed up for teacher training with Meg Galazra, owner of YogaOne studio, located in Cedarburg, WI. It was through teacher training that Danielle discovered a love for the dynamic movements of vinyasa flow, and an appreciation of the relaxing benefits of restorative yin yoga. In 2017 Danielle completed her advanced yoga teacher training with the fearless Gina Caputo, director of The Colorado School of Yoga. In 2018 she went on to take trauma informed training with Comeback Yoga and Warriors at Ease, both non profit organizations who serve the military population.
Currently, she is proud to offer yoga classes at Fort Carson army base.

Sara Jean Johnson, RYT 500
Sara Jean has been teaching yoga since 2009 and is passionate about all her classes being welcoming, accessible to anyone, and overall balancing for the Yogi. Yoga came to Sara during a deeply difficult health crisis, so more than anything she sees yoga as a way to heal.
She offers a safe space for self inquiry & emotional regulation through breath and movement. Sara lives in Colorado Springs with her husband of 18 years, her 6 year old daughter and their puppy. She’s trained in Hatha, Power, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Pilates formats and loves continually learning, discussing, and discovering more about this ancient practice of yoga. She cannot wait to see you in her classes!
Abby Housefield, RYT 200
As an avid runner, Abby started practicing yoga over 9 years ago for injury prevention and cross training but quickly discovered yoga was much more than just stretching. It didn’t take long for her to fall in love with the practice and the “whole being” transformation that came with it. Abby is trained in Integrative Vinyasa and loves to teach intelligently design sequences that invite your mind and body to explore new ideas and possibilities while building strength, flexibility and mobility. Abby’s heart for each of her classes is to hold space for you to recalibrate, refresh and discover your strength, confidence and clarity. Off the mat, Abby’s hippie soul shine bright with her love for gardening, kombucha making and homeschooling.
Megan Sutherland, RYT 200, RPYT
Megan specializes in Vinyasa, Gentle, Yin and Prenatal. In Megan’s class you’ll find a laid back grounded environment where you might find yourself laughing and having a good time. The focus is always whole body balance and movement with a positive vibe. Megan is a local falcon girl at heart and you can find her playing outside with the animals with her daughter.
Meleah Williams, CYT 200
Yoga, Barre and Pilates Teacher
Meleah began teaching yoga in 2008 after completing her 200 hour yoga teacher certification, and since then has obtained certifications in Barre, Reformer and Mat Pilates and aquatic fitness. No matter the format, Meleah wants every class she offers to be safe, accessible and most of all – fun!
Meleah lives in Colorado Springs with her husband of 21 years and two young daughters and loves fitness, cooking and volunteering with Girl Scouts.
Allison Montgomery, CPT, CNC
Allison’s love for fitness developed through learning to weightlift in her early twenties, when she focused on exploring the idea that anyone has the power to be an athlete, regardless of when you start or how you look. Moving beyond strength training, she uses her background as a classroom teacher and NASM Personal Trainer to create classes that teach you to harness your own strength and mobility by better connecting muscle and mind. Certified in Pilates and as a Nutrition Coach, she believes in a well-rounded approach, focusing on building strength, increasing mobility, and prioritizing balance throughout the body and mind. She aims to connect with everyone she trains; modifying exercises to meet the needs of anyone seeking to access and build their strength and balance. In her free time, she loves to cook and bake goodies while listening to music or podcasts.

Pilates and Barre Teacher
Andee studied professional dance in high school and loved to choreograph and perform jazz routines. After moving to Colorado Springs, she became somewhat of a “fitness buff,” and enjoyed teaching aerobics classes. In 2016, she lost her mom. In the midst of coping with her grief, she discovered Pilates through a personal training program. Pilates proved to be instrumental in helping her to deal with this loss in her life, by focusing on her physical and emotional health. Following a lengthy career in public education and administration (she holds a BS in Special Education and an MA in Education Administration and Supervision), she made the decision to pursue a certification in Pilates, completing a 500 hour comprehensive certification in Mat, Reformer, Springboard, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel and all Pilates props through the Club Pilates teacher training program. She holds certifications from both Club Pilates and (ASFA) American Sports and Fitness Association.
Andee is passionate about assisting and supporting clients with body image and mid-life issues as well as helping clients to stay strong as they pursue their individual health and fitness goals. She continually strives to make a difference in her client’s lives. Andee has been teaching Pilates with women in a one-on-one and duet setting, as well as group classes since October of 2019 and is genuinely excited to be a part of the Hippie Soul instructor team! You will find Andee to be extremely welcoming, empathetic, supportive, and sensitive to your individual needs!
Marion Clawson, RYT 200
Tai Chi and Yoga Teacher
Marion, born and raised in Germany, started teaching group fitness classes during her time at university. After moving to Colorado Springs in 2009, she joined a local gym and rediscovered her joy for movement.
Marion fell in love with a fitness yoga class and two years later started her journey of teaching group fitness classes in local gyms. Over the years she added several programs to her repertoire including her 200-hour yoga teacher training with the Colorado School of Yoga in 2016. She has a deep appreciation for mindful movement, in part because she has first-hand experience of how helpful and balancing it has been to her family members with ADHD. In 2019 she began teaching the moving meditation practice of Tai Chi to beginners, and has found great joy in sharing this practice.
Marion, her husband and their three children enjoy skiing, studying Taekwondo, hiking, camping and playing games together. She is a devoted teacher, deeply committed to her students and interested in their experiences. Her lively, genuine personality combined with a dedication to serve her students make her a great addition to our team!
Tracy Calvert, CYT 200
Zumba and Yoga Teacher
Tracy began her fitness journey with yoga. In 2000, she fell in love with all things yoga. Then, she walked into her first Zumba class in 2011 and was hooked! Tracy loves the music, the movement and the connection with people! In addition to yoga, she is certified to teach Zumba, Zumba Step, Zumba Toning and Zumba Gold! Zumba is so welcoming and fun, so come join the party with Tracy!
